What I’ve built.
Product & technology leader, New York.
I am a product and technology builder and leader based in New York City. For more than 20 years I’ve built learning and workforce platforms, at enterprise scale and in startups, and bring to that work a passion for developing and coaching future leaders.
My focus now is AI in both senses: shipping it responsibly inside products, and building with it in ways that augment and not replace skills. At SkillCycle I architected and shipped Aida, an LLM-powered employee development advisor. Since then I have used Claude to build ForecastMaven on AWS, and to extend the Decap CMS behind the data projects on this site.

What I think about
- Is Anthropic doing us a favor? Claude's writing is crushing our souls and making us think more about what it means to talk and write as a human.
- What will it mean to be the "human in the loop?" Quick thoughts on the early innings of this AI-fueled productivity race.
- Just because you can build something doesn’t mean you should. Our ability to deliver new products and services is vastly outstripping our capacity to absorb them.
- What employers want, and what college delivers. The skills employers ask for have never been more human. Graduates are less ready to prove they have them. As organizations hire fewer new grads and flatten management layers, they are missing the chance to close the durable skill gaps in their people.
